What Is Included in the January 25, 2010 Global Practices Update?
- Technology Update
- Oracle Technology Global Price Lists Update
- Applications Update
- Oracle E-Business Suite and Siebel Applications Global Price Lists Update
- Oracle E-Business Suite Applications Global Price Lists Update
- Siebel Applications Global Price Lists Update
- PeopleSoft Applications Global Price Lists Update
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in a partner's distribution agreement, any existing valid quotes issued by partners to end users, prior to December 1 2009, that are impacted by any of the January 25, 2010 pricing and licensing changes remain valid, and orders placed by partners pursuant to those quotes will be honored through February 28, 2010. Partner quotes issued to end users on or after December 1, 2009 are subject to the terms of the partner's distribution agreement.
