Job Description:
- 7+ years of experience, atleast 3+ years of experience in production support/maintenance
- Ability to understand problem quickly and provide short term/long term solutions
- Knowledge of atleast three modules (as stated above)
- For function resource - should have good English communication skills and ability to communicate with customers of other Asian countries (English speaking). Knowledge of FSG reports is also required
- For technical resource - strong knowledge of Forms/reports/FSG/Discoverer is essential
- Good communication and documentation skills
